"CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES"

"BILL OF RIGHTS"

AMENDMENT II

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

[proposed September 25, 1789; ratified December 15, 1791]

Although this amendment appears to be one amendment, in reality it consists of two clauses. If you will notice, there is an apostrophy, (in red), between the words 'security of a free state' and 'the right of the people to bear arms'. It is this apostrophy which breaks this amendment down into two separate clauses. One thought, two clauses. I will deal with each clause separately.

"A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state"

A well regulated militia was to be established to protect our borders against invasion from foreign militias and from violent attacks by terrorists. Nowhere is any provision made for defending our borders against illegal aliens who come here seeking asylum from militarist and dictatorial regimes or a better life. Yet, long before September 11,2001, our national borders of Texas and California were being patrolled by military forces for the purpose of stopping the flow of Illegal Aliens. Not only are these forces being used to keep others out, but how long will it be before they are used to keep others in? Is this the sign of a 'free state'? A 'free state' means the freedom to travel from one location to another without special permission nor being subjected to searches and seizures.

"the right of the people to keep and bear arms,
shall not be infringed"

This clause gives every citizen of the United States the right to bear arms. The reason this clause was added, was so that the citizens could defend themselves against attacks from criminals and if necessary, give them the ability to overthrow any abusive and tyrannical governments. Read the Declaration of Independence! It states in that document that it becomes the duty of every citizen to abolish any form of government that starts usurping and abusing their authority and no longer adheres to the covenant between God and man which is called the "Constitution of the United States".

Without the right to bears arms, no one can prevent their 'civil rights' from being destroyed by tyrannical governments.

**********

This government today has become such a government. It has violated not only your civil rights as guaranted by the "Bill of Rights", but has also violated the "Constitution of the United States".

**********

This is the reason certain politicians in government are attempting to take away the right of the people to bear arms. Without the right to bear arms, tyrants rule, and crime runs rampant. And no one will be able to overthrow the tyrants and the criminals!

**********

Take a look at the other countries where people have given up their right to bear arms, and tell me that what I have just said is not true.

**********

The biggest criminals today are the Public Officials, (Politicians)! Placed into Public Office by popular vote or other means, these 'Public Officials' are sworn by 'oath' or 'affirmation' to 'defend' this constitution against 'all' enemies, 'foreign' and 'domestic'! How loyal have these 'politicians' been at honoring their 'oath' of office?

**********

By all the evidence, these politicians have proven themselves to be liars and are thereby guilty of treason and are no longer qualified to sit on the seat of authority. It is time to take a long hard look at this situation!
