The CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES guarantees our right of LIBERTY, (the freedom from the use of force, constraint, or restraint.) These "RIGHTS" are protected by the "FOURTH" and "FOURTEENTH AMENDMENTS", (In addition to the FIFTH AMEMDMENT), of the PEOPLE'S "BILL of RIGHTS"! (Among other rights which are protected by the "CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES") against the "INTRUSION" of the "PEOPLES RIGHTS" by 'ANY' and 'ALL' "BIG BROTHER" governments!
Man was not created to be a "SLAVE", nor was Man created
to live in "WALL-to-WALL" concrete!
Section 1. All persons born or nationalized in the
United States and subject to the jurisdiction therof,
are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein
they reside. No state shall make or enforce any law which
shall "ABRIDGE" the "PRIVILIGES" or "IMMUNITIES" of citizens
of the United States; nor shall any state deprive any person
of "LIFE", "LIBERTY", or "PROPERTY", without due process of
law; nor "DENY" to any person within its jurisdiction the
"EQUAL PROTECTION" of the laws.

The Constitution of the United States guarantees our
Right of LIBERTY! (The freedom from the "USE of FORCE", the "FREEDOM
from "CONSTRAINT", and the "FREEDOM from RESTRAINT". Covered by the
FOURTEENTH AMENDMENT of the BILL of RIGHTS!)
"COERCION" is defined as the;..."USE OF FORCE!" ( To constrain or restrain in order to make people comply.) The Columbia Encyclopedia. Fifth Edition, Pg 591, defines coercion (in law) as: The unlawful act of compelling a person to do, or to abstain from doing, something by depriving him (or her) of the exercise of his (or her) freewill, particularly by USE or THREAT of PHYSICAL or MORAL force. "EXTORTION" is defined as the;..."USE OF THREATS!", to take something away in order to carry out, (commit), the act of "COERCION"! "BLACKMAIL" is defined as the;... "ACT OF TAKING SOMETHING AWAY THROUGH FORCE!"
According to PENAL CODE sec.218, "BLACKMAIL" is illegal and punishable by law! (so are coercion and extortion.)
The CONSTITUTION of the UNITED STATES guarantees our right of LIBERTY, (the freedom from the use of force, constraint, or restraint.) This guarantee is also put forth in this clause of the "Declaration of Independence" where it is written;... "ALL MEN ARE CREATED EQUAL BY THEIR CREATOR AND ARE ENDOWED WITH CERTAIN 'UNALIENABLE' RIGHTS! THAT AMONG THESE ARE THE "RIGHT TO LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS!" Study your "Constitution of the United States!" Art. 6; Sec. 2 of the Constitution of the United States recognizes this Constitution as being the SUPREME LAW of the land. The Constitution of the state of California does likewise in Art. 3; Sec. 1. The preamble of the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION, (in addition the Constitution of the State of California, Art. 2, Sec. 1,) recognizes that this is a government;... "OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, and FOR THE PEOPLE!" NOT;... "Of the politician, by the politician, for the politician!" {note...Politics: 'Poli' in Latin meaning 'many' and 'tics' meaning 'bloodsucking creatures'.} According to this Latin Definition then, "Politicians" are... "Many bloodsucking creatures who practice the art of bloodsucking, (vampirism)." Art. 6; Sec. 3, states that "ALL" PUBLIC OFFICIALS, LEGISLATIVE, JUDICIAL, and EXECUTIVE, (elected or otherwise), are BOUND by OATH or AFFIRMATION to SUPPORT and DEFEND this Constitution against 'ALL' enemies, foreign and domestic. Art 20; Sec. 3, of the Constitution of the State of California states that "ALL" PUBLIC OFFICIALS, LEGISLATIVE, JUDICIAL, and EXECUTIVE, (elected or otherwise), are likewise BOUND to SUPPORT and DEFEND the Constitution of the United States against 'ALL' enemies, foreign and domestic.
I ask the "PEOPLE" of the State of California,... Were you allowed to vote on these issues which take away your "FREEDOM of CHOICE", (The "EXERCISE of FREEWILL")??? Are our Public Representatives, (Elected or otherwise), above the LAW???
